Alan Holt Contact Informaton Brief Biograhpy Alan Holt helps direct conservation strategies in Alaska, Canada, Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii for The Nature Conservancy, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of biological diversity. From 1982 until 1999, Alan directed the design and management of The Nature Conservancy’s Hawaii conservation programs. He earned his Masters in Botany from the University of Hawaii and worked as a field biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Park Service before joining the Conservancy. He has been involved in strategic planning for the larger Conservancy organization and international conservation programs. |
